Nothing kicks off the holiday shopping season like Oprah Winfrey‘s Favorite Things list.

The media mogul has unveiled her gift picks for 2024, bestowing the coveted “Oprah’s Favorite Things” title “small businesses and women-, LGBTQIA+-, Latinx- and Black-owned startups around the country,” she says.

Winfrey organized her selections into stylish, cozy, family, kitchen, tech, beauty, food and wellness categories. Think everything from splurge items ($55 potato chips from Spain, Theragun’s Prime Plus heated massage gun) and affordable daily essentials (chic dog walking crossbody bags, gourmet hot sauces, stylish pocket leggings) to thoughtful stocking stuffers (journals, card games, sweet treats).

“One of my favorite things about this time of year is how open people are to spreading goodwill,” the 70-year-old multi-hyphenate says in a release. “And every present you offer is a chance to show someone how much you appreciate them — an opportunity to say, ‘You matter to me, and I am so grateful to have you in my life.’”

This year’s list also has a clear color theme: while last year featured picks in royal purple, Winfrey’s 2024 roundup includes items in Elphaba-esque green and Glinda-worthy pink (for all the Wicked fans), such as Born to Roam’s Emerald City-ready wool fedora, OA’s gold gemstone hoops, Cincha’s canvas Go-Tote bag and many other fashionable finds. Shoppers will also discover celebrity-approved gifts, including Tatcha’s body care (recommended to Winfrey by her “neighbor,” Meghan Markle), comfy boots loved by Julia Roberts and Viola Davis, organic cotton PJs for the entire family from Jessica Alba-founded Honest Baby and others.

Bonus: Many of her picks are on sale for Black Friday, including Chrissy Teigen’s bakeware set, Tracee Ellis Ross’ Pattern Beauty blow dryer, GreenPan’s 10-piece Nova cookware set, the K. Carroll color-changing clutch, Dearfoams’ comfy knit clogs, De’Longhi’s Eletta Explore espresso machine, Bose’s Ultra Open earbuds, Justin Gregory’s chic faux leather gloves, PurseN’s light-up makeup bag and much more.

Below, check out some of the best gift-ready picks from the 2024 Oprah’s Favorite Things list, plus some of the best deals at Amazon, Nordstrom and beyond. As always, we suggest shopping early as many products sell out well before Thanksgiving.

“This travel makeup (or jewelry) case has a secret: an LED light and mirror so a person can see what they’re doing—no matter where they find themselves.”

“You never can go wrong with a hoop. For those who prefer a more, ahem, demure look, go for the gold vermeil or sterling silver three-quarter-inch style with different gemstones.”

“The young founder of this company realized that everyone he knew carried three things, so he put them together in this double-insulated, light-up water bottle that includes a Bluetooth speaker and a portable charger. A robe that wraps a person in a cloud of softness can take the edge off even the earliest morning or the coldest day — and is something friends and family won’t splurge on for themselves.”

“The gift of the season! I’ll be giving these to lots of folks this year. The traveler, the techie and the trendsetter will dive right in.”

“Okay, this is so neat: You can keep the bubble-letter charm on the longer 18kt-gold-plated brass chain or remove it and wear it as a choker with the black cord provided.”

““I know, this one’s a splurge, but it grinds coffee beans and makes lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, cold brews, and more than 50 other recipes. And for certain caffeine-aholics, the math might mean it pays for itself within a year.”

“Unlike other travel pillows, this folds down into a small silicone carrying case to keep it clean while you’re on the go.”
