Peacock is raising prices ahead of the Paris Olympics on July 26— and if you’re hoping to catch up on all of your favorite games, consider this a friendly reminder that the streamer’s prices go up tomorrow.

Ending today, Peacock’s latest promo gives you a year of streaming for the price of 10 — no promo code needed. Currently $5.99 to $11.99 per month, the NBCUniversal-owned streamer will increase prices by $2 starting on July 18, so the one-year rate will lock in your discount. (Existing customers will see the new monthly rate beginning Aug. 17.) After today, new subscribers will have to sign up for Peacock at $7.99 to $13.99 per month (or $79.99 to $139.99 per year).

Want to get Peacock for free? If you’re looking to cut the cord and expand your binge-watching library while saving time on grocery shopping, Instacart is offering one of the best deals on Peacock — and it’s even better than the streamer’s Black Friday sale.

The on-demand food and grocery delivery service is offering Peacock Premium for free with Instacart+ memberships, which includes unlimited free delivery on orders over $35, lower service fees, 5 percent credit back on eligible pickup orders and other perks for $9.99 per month or $99 per year with annual billing. Instacart says the service pays for itself if you order twice per month.

Instacart+ users will get free access to Peacock’s ad-supported Premium plan for as long as their membership is in effect and the offer is available. The deal doesn’t apply to existing Peacock accounts, and you cannot use the offer to upgrade to Peacock’s Premium Plus which has fewer ads.

Peacock no longer offers a free streaming option, and the only way to watch NBC and Bravo series and select NFL games live is with the Premium or Premium Plus plans.

Both packages include access to over 80,000 hours of movies and TV show episodes, including Five Nights at Freddy’s, Teenage Kraken, The Exorcist: Believer, Strays and other films straight from theaters; next-day access to NBC and Bravo series such as Love Island, Vanderpump Rules and the entire Real Housewives franchise; original series including Rainn Wilson and the Geography of Bliss, Bupkis, Mrs. Davis, Bel-Air, Poker Face, Meet Cute, A Friend of the Family and more; past seasons of Yellowstone and That ’70s Show; and much more.

Peacock Premium also has over 50 channels and live sports, including MLB Sunday Leadoff, Premier League, Sunday Night Football and WWE. It’s also the streaming home of the Women’s World Cup and the U.S. Gymnastics Championship.

Peacock’s Premium Plus tier includes all of the above, plus your local NBC channel live, no ads (except on select live TV shows) and the ability to download select titles to watch offline later.

The Best Peacock Student Discount Offer in 2024

If you’re a student, you can get the same Black Friday deal even if you sign up after the promo ends. Peacock’s student discount deal also gives you a full year of streaming for only for just $19.99 for the first year, saving you almost 70 percent off the regular subscription price. After 12 months, the plan auto-renews at the then-current annual rate.
