Justice will officially launch their tour this week in Barcelona, Spain with a set at Primavera Sound 2024 tomorrow (May 30). After that, they will embark upon several European festivals: among others, the UK’s Glastonbury Festival and Field Day, France’s We Love Green and Switzerland’s Montreux Jazz Festival.
Justice will perform at Glastonbury for the first time in seven years. In an interview with NME, Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay reflected on their long-awaited return to Worthy Farm: “There’s such a long gap between every tour and every album that we always feel that we start again from zero. You know, every time we make something [and] come back, we really feel like rookies again. The world is also changing so fast that, like, really we have no idea what it’s like to play a festival now.”
In a five-star review, NME’s Thomas Smith called ‘Hyperdrama’, their newest album in eight years, “a blockbuster return” with “their best songs since their 2007 debut”.
