Travis and Jason Kelce have unveiled a festive collaboration with Boyz II Men in the form of ‘It’s Christmastime (In Cleveland Heights)’ – check it out below.

The two NFL stars have rung in the yuletide season with the track, which is the first taster of their full-length Christmas themed album ‘A Philly Special Christmas Party’, which is out on November 22.

The album is the third in a series of festive charity records under the band name The Philly Specials, which is made up of Jason and his Philadelphia Eagles teammates Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata. Their 2023 release ‘A Philly Special Christmas Special’ raised over $3million for a range of Philadelphia-based charities.

‘It’s Christmastime (In Cleveland Heights)’ features the distinctive R&B harmony vocals of Boyz II Men, another Philadelphia institution. Give the song a listen here:

“I always have a blast when I get to join the guys on the Christmas album, but it was wild to be on a song with a group as iconic and timeless as Boyz II Men,” Travis has said. “My friends and I grew up on their music, and it’s still in the rotation today, so it was just an unreal experience.”

It appears that Travis, who is Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, does not appear on any other tracks on the album, however Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks is featured on the track ‘Maybe This Christmas’.

Travis Kelce has been making very different kinds of headlines this week, after comedian Tony Hinchcliffe referred to his as the “next O.J. Simpson” at Donald Trump’s controversial Madison Square Garden rally last Sunday (October 27).

Taylor Swift fans have reacted angrily to the comment, describing it as “utterfly offensive”.

“The joke about Travis Kelce being the next OJ Simpson is actually about the belief women who speak out of turn are deserving of public humiliation and femicide,” wrote one Swiftie.

Kelce has also made a splash with his guest appearance in Ryan Murphy’s horror show Grotesquerie in recent weeks. Kelce recently discussed his appearance on the show on his podcast, saying that he got “sucked into” the “mystery thriller”, adding that he “cannot wait to see everybody’s reaction” to it.

Hugh Grant also recently revealed to NME that he did Tequila shots with Kelce at a Taylor Swift show at Wembley this summer. “We got absolutely smashed,” he said. “I thoroughly enjoyed it.”
