The singer-songwriter behind “Forever and Always,” featuring Desren through Bungalo / Universal Music Group, is stepping into a new chapter with a sharper sense of self and a wider creative runway. “The biggest thing that shaped me as an artist was learning discipline and focus. This industry is tough, and there are serious players in it, so you have to keep raising your own bar.”
That statement carries the weight of someone who has lived through enough of the business to know talent is only one part of the equation. The rest is stamina, judgment and consistency.
Sobriety, she said, changed the way she moved through the world and the way she showed up for music. It made her sharper, more dependable and more aware of where her energy goes.
“For me, sobriety changed everything. It’s been a cheat code. I’m sharper, more focused, more dependable, and more aware of where my energy goes. That growth has shaped both my sound and my identity as an artist.”
The Floating Studio and the MFRECORDZ Vision
One of the most visible signs of Paige’s current era is the MFRECORDZ yacht studio, a floating creative space that turns recording into an experience. The idea could easily be treated as a luxury hook, but Paige frames it as something more intentional. The setting is designed to change how artists enter the room, how they listen and how they perform in the moment.

That philosophy extends beyond the water. Paige and business partner Greg Hannley have also helped shape a former rehab center in Malibu into studio spaces for writing camps, recording sessions and events. “Every song has a different thumbprint—not just the song itself, but the way it comes to life from beginning to end.”

“I don’t want great songs sitting on hard drives. I want to create with people who share the same vision and are committed to bringing something special to life.”

That sense of follow-through also shapes how Paige approaches the business. She speaks about rollout plans, visuals, team-building, relationships and timing with the realism of someone who knows artists cannot simply release music and expect the world to stop.
A modern artist needs infrastructure. Paige points to the importance of having people around the vision early, including producers, engineers, visual creators, social media support, legal protection and the kind of team members who can grow with the moment before it becomes obvious to everyone else.

Joy as a Statement
“Forever and Always” arrived from a creative place that surprised Paige. During a difficult period in the world, writing about love and happiness initially felt disconnected. Eventually, the record reminded her that joy can be just as truthful as pain.
“That’s actually what made writing Forever and Always so special for me. It reminded me that music doesn’t always have to come from pain or struggle. Sometimes we need songs that let us feel joy, hope, and love again.”
The single works because it does not deny difficult realities. It simply makes space for another emotional truth. Sometimes listeners need a record that gives them permission to feel good again.
That permission matters in Paige’s story. She has written from heavier places before, but this chapter feels lighter without feeling less serious. The optimism is not naive. It is earned.
What Comes Next
The months ahead could be defining. The Scott Storch EP is expected in September, with the final song still being completed. Sessions with Larrance Dopson point toward a continued emphasis on musicianship and strong production. The Kevin Gates collaboration adds another layer of anticipation.
Still, Paige’s strongest asset may be the clarity she has developed around herself. She is not chasing a moment. She is building the discipline, the spaces, the team and the songs to meet it when it arrives.
