Who Won ‘AGT’ 2026? Winner Is Revealed in Recap of Season 21 Finale

America’s Got Talent named its Season 21 winner on September 23.
Throughout the episode, acts were eliminated before the contestant who received the most viewer votes was revealed.

We’ve officially made it to the final episode of America’s Got Talent Season 21. After the Top 10 acts performed for viewer votes one last time on September 22, a winner was named at the end of the two hour-results show on September 23.

Throughout the night, judges Mel B., Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara, along with guest judge KSI, who’s filling in for Simon Cowell while he recovers from back surgery, enjoyed performances from the finalists and other special guests. Then, it was time for host Terry Crews to announce some eliminations before the big winner reveal.

The Season 21 finalists were: Lai Noelle (singer), Nene Royal (singer), Geno Ploeger (magician), Olivia Befus (dog trainer), Acro Canine Crew (acrobatic group with dogs), Unitree (robotic dance group), Come Here (dance group), Veronika Goroshkova (aerialist), Royal Lasers (light-up dance group), and Hundred Fingers (magic group). With a wide array of talents on the table, it is truly anyone’s game.

During Night 1 of the finale, Mandel predicted that Nene will be the winner, but the decision was ultimately in America’s hands. Scroll down for a recap of how the results show went down and to find out who won.

Who made the Top 5?

To kick off the results, Crews paired up the acts, eliminating one on the spot, while the other made the Top 5. First up was Royal Lasers and Come Here. Royal Lasers moved on, while Come Here was eliminated.

Next, Hundred Fingers and Olivia Befus went head-to-head, with Hundred Fingers moving on and Olivia Befus getting eliminated. The next pairing was Lai Noelle and Veronika Goroshkova. Lai Noelle was eliminated, and Veronika Goroshkova made the Top 5.

With two spots left, Nene Royal and Unitree were the next pair to be called to the stage. Nene Royal move into the Top 5, so Unitree’s time on AGT came to an end. That left Geno Ploeger and Acro Canine Crew vying for the final spot in the Top 5. It went to Geno Ploeger, so Acro Canine Crew was eliminated.

So the Top 5 are: Royal Lasers, Hundred Fingers, Veronika Goroshkova, Nene Royal, and Geno Ploeger.

Who made the Top 2?

From there, Crews revealed which acts made the Top 3, and which two were eliminated at this stage in the competition.

The act who finished in fifth place is: Veronika Goroshkova. And the act who finished in fourth place is: Royal Lasers. Finally, the contestant to finish in third place is: Hundred Fingers. However, Mandel promised that he will produce and pay for Hundred Fingers to perform in Vegas, just like he suggested on Night 1 of the finale.

So, the Top 2 are: Geno Ploeger and Nene Royal.
